Something not working out for you? No worries!
We've all been there, just head on over to here, and complete the steps listed.
Once your return has been confirmed, we'll send the shipping information to you. Simply visit your local Post Office to pay for your return and send it back to us. Upon reviewing the condition of the item(s), we'll contact you with confirmation of approval and issue your store credit.
Any eligible goods returned within 30 days of purchase will receive store credit for their full value!

- Damaged, stained, washed, or any item not in its original condition
If you're exchanging an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the full product name, colour, and size you wish to exchange for.
Exchanges are subject to availability once your return arrives at our head office. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase.
We check each and every order before sending out, but in the unfortunate event one of your item(s) arriving damaged, then please let us know and we'll offer a full refund or exchange.
We do not accept any parcels that require payment on pick-up, and these will be refused. Please ensure shipping is fully paid for in advance.
All refunds, credits, and exchanges shall be processed once the returned item(s) has been received.
